At Systainer USA, we stand behind the quality of our storage solutions and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your organization system doesn't meet your needs, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the unused Systainers in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
